Kerwin Lumpkins (what a name, I know). I'm 44, electrical engineer, former US Marine. I rock climb, play tennis, golf (not very well), SCUBA, Karate. Robotics has been a hobby for many years now. Day to day: I work at Jeppesen-Sanderson, a company that produces aeornautical charts. I'm a software test engineer there, which is a straight software job.

On my own, I have a small consulting biz, Active Innovations. There I do robotics engineering, electrical hardware and software design, etc.
